To ensure timely delivery of Christmas gifts please place your orders before the 1st of December. Sorry, but we can't guarantee timely delivery for items purchased after this deadline.

I want you to love your purchase. If you don't, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item and I will try my best to make it right.
We will try to sort it out.
You can either return your item or exchange it for another item.
If you prefer I will be glad to issue you a refund of your purchase less shipping cost. I will accept item in it's original, unworn, undamaged condition.
If you receive a damaged item please contact me immediately, within 24 hours. Return the damaged item and after I receive it I'll refund you or you can choose another item in purchased item's price range.
Please make sure that you return any item with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.

All finished orders will be mailed within 1-3 business day. Shipping costs are specified for each item.
Please make sure it is accurate address, prior to placing your order.
I mail from Kaposvar, Hungary via Magyar Posta priority registered airmail with tracking number.
Packages usually leave Hungary in 1-2 business days. Unfortunately, I have no control of how long your order may take to arrive at you once it leaves my country.
Allow 5-7 business days for delivery if ordering from Europe and 10-20 business days if ordering from USA, Canada, Australia or other countries.
Even though I provide Shipping tracking number, it may not carry over to all countries. International Customs moves at their own pace. Every country is different.
